Because we provide on-site professional services rather than physical products, traditional product returns do not apply. Please review the following policy.
Service Nature
We provide professional cleaning services including:
- Air Duct Cleaning
- Dryer Vent Cleaning
- Chimney Cleaning
- HVAC System Cleaning
All services are performed at the customer’s property.
Satisfaction Policy
Your satisfaction matters to us.
If you are not satisfied with your service, please notify us within 24 hours of service completion. We will review your concern and, if appropriate, return to address any issue related to the original scope of work.
We aim to resolve concerns promptly and fairly.
Refund Policy
Due to the nature of completed cleaning services:
- Services that have been fully performed are generally non-refundable.
- If a service was not completed as agreed, we will make reasonable efforts to correct the issue.
- Refunds may be issued at our discretion if we determine that we were unable to provide the agreed service.
Refunds will not be issued for:
- Pre-existing HVAC system issues
- Mechanical failures unrelated to cleaning
- Conditions outside the agreed scope of work
- Customer refusal of recommended services
Cancellations
- Appointments may be canceled without penalty if canceled at least 24 hours in advance.
- Same-day cancellations may be subject to a trip fee.
- Missed appointments may result in a service charge.
Service Limitations
Air duct and dryer vent cleaning improves removal of accessible dust and debris. However:
- We do not guarantee complete elimination of dust in the home.
- We do not provide mold remediation services.
- We do not guarantee resolution of medical or allergy-related conditions.
- We are not responsible for pre-existing damage to ductwork or HVAC systems.
If hidden issues are discovered during service, we will inform the customer before proceeding further.
Dryer Vent & Safety Notice
Dryer vent cleaning reduces lint buildup and lowers fire risk, but it does not eliminate all risk. Ongoing appliance maintenance remains the responsibility of the property owner.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, TYH Air Duct Cleaning’s liability for any claim related to services provided shall be limited to the amount paid for the specific service performed.
We are not responsible for:
- Pre-existing system defects
- Improper installation of HVAC systems
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage caused by third parties
